Due to the meter and system change out process, the meters were not read on the same time frame as you are used to. We have always had a two billing cycles a month, now we will only have one. Due to this transition, your bill may have more or less days than normal. This will only be an issue for a month or two, or until we get everything in place. Please be patient.
