PUBLIC NOTICE: $2.75 SURCHARGE ADDITION

The Cleburne County Water Authority works very hard to provide its customers with excellent quality water at a minimal price, and each and every one of you is greatly appreciated. Therefore, in order to maintain the great quality of our water and to comply with government regulations, the time has come when we must start renovating our tanks and making improvements to our infrastructure and equipment. In order to meet these demands, the Cleburne County Water Authority must impose a surcharge of $2.75 a month for each meter. This will begin in February, 2016. The initial project will be the renovation and repair of the North Tank, a 250,000 gallon standpipe tank located at 3341 County Road 14.
